A free key for full reviews.

Without a key, the MCP server, the command line tool, and the GitHub Action show the top three findings. A key shows every finding, the estimated quote total, the recommended next step, and a link to the full report.

Citation lookup is always free and needs no key. Files stay on your machine: only the key, rule ids, and a count of services are sent, and only when you use a key.
