These terms cover use of khavion.com. They're written plainly and aren't legal advice. Where these terms and a signed statement of work conflict, the SOW wins.

In this document, "we" and "Khavion" mean Khavion LLC, a Texas limited liability company with one owner, who does the work.

khavion.com describes Khavion's consulting services and publishes its prices. Site content is general information. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. That starts when we sign a statement of work.

Consulting engagements are governed by a written statement of work covering scope, price, timeline, and acceptance criteria. The price doesn't move unless the scope does, in writing, both directions.

Work has a written scope and a fixed price or a not-to-exceed cap, agreed before it starts. Reviews, calls, and audits are paid in full up front. Assessments are 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery. Pilots and rollouts are billed by milestone. The advisory retainer is invoiced at the start of each month, with a 3-month minimum. Authoring and fixes are $175 per hour against a written not-to-exceed cap; new clients prepay half the cap, and unused prepayment is refunded. Published prices apply to new engagements; work already agreed in writing keeps its agreed price. Invoices are due on receipt, payable by card or ACH through the invoice link.

Work product delivered under an SOW (code, prompts, evaluation data, infrastructure definitions, documentation) belongs to you at handover unless the SOW says otherwise. No license-back, no proprietary runtime you have to keep paying for.

For work that touches protected health information, we review the Business Associate Agreement with you before work starts and decide case by case. There is no HHS-recognized certification for HIPAA, so we describe safeguards instead of claiming one.

Work done before Khavion is labeled as such and carries no employer revenue figures. Numbers from that work come from the owner's own records. Where a public source exists, it is linked. Case studies involving confidential clients are anonymized and say so.

The self-checks on this site run on fixed rules and only know what you tell them. They are a starting point. They are not advice for your situation. The self-check for AWS partner program applications is not an AWS tool, and AWS makes every approval decision. The Microsoft score check is an estimate from published rules, not a Microsoft tool. Partner Center shows your real score, and Microsoft makes every designation decision.

The Architecture Review reads what you give it against a knowledge base of quoted provider documentation. It is a checklist, not an audit of a running environment, and its estimates are not offers: final pricing is by signed statement of work. It is not an AWS or Microsoft tool, and AWS and Microsoft make every approval decision.

Please don't probe the site's security, scrape it to rebuild it elsewhere, or use it unlawfully.

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't warrant that everything on it fits your circumstances; an engagement exists precisely to establish that.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khavion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Engagement liability terms live in the SOW.
