These terms cover use of khavion.com. They're written plainly and aren't legal advice. Where these terms and a signed statement of work conflict, the SOW wins.

khavion.com describes Khavion's consulting services and publishes prices and case studies. Site content is information, not professional advice for your specific situation — that starts when we sign a statement of work.

Consulting engagements are governed by a written statement of work covering scope, price, timeline, and acceptance criteria. The price doesn't move unless the scope does — in writing, both directions.

Engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-price, agreed in writing before work starts, and invoiced net-15. Card payments arrive once the LLC paperwork completes.

Work product delivered under an SOW — code, prompts, evaluation data, infrastructure definitions, documentation — belongs to you at handover unless the SOW says otherwise. No license-back, no proprietary runtime you have to keep paying for.

We build HIPAA-eligible architectures and sign Business Associate Agreements, configuring Security Rule safeguards: encryption in transit and at rest, IAM with MFA, audit logging, and six-year log retention. There is no HHS-recognized certification for HIPAA, so we describe safeguards precisely instead of claiming a stamp that doesn't exist.

Metrics published on this site reflect real, documented engagements. Partner contracts closed ($60M+) and customer revenue influenced ($200M+) are different figures and are never conflated. Case studies involving confidential clients are anonymized and say so where they appear.

Please don't probe the site's security, scrape it to rebuild it elsewhere, or use it unlawfully.
