About Khavion

Khavion does two things. It reviews AWS and Microsoft partner program filings, such as competency and specialization applications and funding requests, before they are filed. And it helps companies decide whether a generative AI (GenAI) project is worth building, then builds it if it is.

One rule applies to both: if you don't need Khavion, you hear that before you spend money.

I was a Partner Solutions Architect at AWS. I reviewed partners' technical applications there, including Foundational Technical Reviews, competency applications, and fund requests, often as the final technical approver. I no longer work at AWS, and today I use only published AWS requirements.

At a previous employer, I led the build of an AI voice intake system in a HIPAA-eligible environment under a signed Business Associate Agreement. The Work page has the write-up.

Khavion is one person. I do every review myself, you hear my name on the first call, and it is on every statement of work. If a project needs a skill I don't have, you hear that before work starts and decide whether to bring someone in.

Since 2026, Khavion has worked for one AWS consulting partner: a GenAI Competency application review, an MSP validation pre-audit review, two fund request reviews, a ranked review of its AWS program goals, and a Business Outcomes Xcelerator (BOX) readiness assessment.

Khavion takes one build at a time. Reviews and calls fit around it, and if the start date you need is not open, you hear that before you pay.

You work with the founder directly. There is no sales team or account manager in between.

Every price is on the services page. The free checks show how Khavion reads an application, a partner score, or an AI idea, and each one can tell you that you don't need a review. The Security and data handling page lists what Khavion does not have yet.
