Pricing

The whole menu. On the page.

Consulting prices usually live behind three discovery calls. Ours don't. If a number below is wrong for your budget, you just saved us both a meeting.

02 / How engagements run

  • Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price, agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Invoiced work, net-15. Card payments arrive once the LLC paperwork completes.
  • Remote and async-first; working sessions land in US evening hours (Central Time).
  • You own everything we build — code, prompts, evaluation data, docs. No license-back, no lock-in.
  • One engagement at a time per client. If timelines collide we say so instead of queueing you silently.

03 / When we're not your firm

Verdict: not a fit

We'd rather lose the deal than waste your quarter.

  • You need a team of ten on-site tomorrow — we’re a founder-led practice, not a bench.
  • You want a proof-of-concept to win an internal argument, with no intention of shipping.
  • Your use case needs a model trained from scratch — we build on foundation models, and we’ll refer you out.
  • You’re looking for hourly staff augmentation inside your ticket queue.
  • You need someone to say AI will fix a process nobody has written down yet.

04 / Questions, answered plainly

Why do you publish prices when nobody else does?

Because hidden pricing wastes your time and ours. Published ranges pre-qualify the work: if the number is wrong for you, you find out in thirty seconds, not after three calls.

What does “fixed scope” actually mean?

Deliverables and acceptance criteria are written down before work starts, and the price doesn’t move unless the scope does — in writing, both directions.

Can the assessment really come back “don’t build”?

Yes — that outcome is built into the deliverable, in writing. If the honest read is that a workflow fix or plain search beats an LLM system, the report says exactly that and the roadmap gets you the boring win instead. You spend thousands to avoid wasting six figures.

Do you work in regulated environments?

Yes. We build HIPAA-eligible architectures, sign BAAs, and configure Security Rule safeguards — encryption in transit and at rest, IAM with MFA, audit logging, six-year log retention. There is no HHS-recognized certification for HIPAA, so be wary of anyone selling you a stamp; we describe safeguards precisely instead.

Which platforms do you build on?

Primarily Amazon Bedrock on AWS; Azure OpenAI where your stack already lives on Azure. We’re comfortable across both ecosystems and pick based on your constraints, not our preferences.

What happens after the project ends?

Pilots and rollouts include 30 days of defect fixes. After that, a prepaid 10-hour support block ($950, valid 90 days) covers questions and small changes. We deliberately don’t sell open-ended monthly retainers.

How fast can you start?

Catalog items usually start within a week. Assessments and pilots depend on the current engagement load — we run a small number of concurrent projects on purpose, and the fit call gives you a real date.

Something unanswered? Ask on a fit call — 30 minutes, free, and we'll tell you if you shouldn't hire us.
